Terms of Service

Effective date: Aug 28, 2025

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between “fooding (food.stolencheese.com)” (the “Service”) and users in connection with the use of the website and related services provided by the Service.

Effect and Changes

These Terms apply to all users of the Service. We may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law, and any changes will be announced within the Service or by email notification.

Provision of the Service

The Service is a platform that aggregates and provides restaurant information featured in content such as YouTube videos. After logging in, users can create and delete comments. The Service supports multiple languages, including Korean, English, Chinese, and Japanese.

Registration and Accounts

Registration is available via email login or Google OAuth. We do not collect passwords; accounts are operated based on email and nickname. Users must provide accurate information and may not transfer, lend, or sell their accounts to others.

Comments and Disclosure

Logged-in users may create or delete comments. The nickname provided by the user is publicly displayed with comments. Illegal content, infringement of others’ rights, obscene/hate/discriminatory expressions, and advertising/spam are prohibited. The Service may delete such comments or take account-restriction measures.

Restrictions

If a user violates these Terms or interferes with the operation of the Service, we may restrict the use of the Service without prior notice. Where legally required, we may provide necessary information to relevant authorities.

Privacy

We protect users’ personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Users agree to comply with the Privacy Policy together with these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

The Service does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of restaurant information. We are not responsible for issues arising from the use of the Service, including experiences at restaurants, peer-to-peer transactions, or disputes between users. We will, however, make best efforts to ensure stable and smooth operation.

Changes and Termination

We may change or discontinue part or all of the Service for operational or technical reasons. In such cases, we will notify users in advance.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If mandatory consumer protection laws in a user’s jurisdiction apply, those laws will take precedence. Disputes between the Service and users will be resolved first through good-faith negotiation; if not resolved, they will be submitted to the courts of the Republic of Korea.
