Mixing this rich sauce into your rice is the ultimate move ⭐️. You can choose from small, medium, or large crabs, and the spiciness ranges from level 1 to 5. If you love spicy food, level 5 will hit just right. If you prefer milder flavors, you can still enjoy the natural sweetness of the crab with just a hint of heat 🔥. They also serve other seafood dishes, like garlic razor clams, but honestly, that one was just soso~ The chewy texture was nice, but it wasn’t particularly memorable 😏. On the other hand, the spicy crab was mind-blowingly good — one bite and you’ll understand the hype. Overall, Hong Kong really knows how to use spices well.
