Maxim's Palace

Maxim's Palace is a massive dim sum chain. You can either grab dishes directly from the carts (the traditional way) or order via QR code at your table. Tea is automatically charged once you're seated. It may not be the absolute best dim sum in Hong Kong, but it definitely hits the “this is what proper Hong Kong dim sum should be” standard. Many reviewers on Google Maps note that the staff don’t speak much English, so ordering can be tricky for foreigners.
