Plus, the pizzas are baked fresh in a wood-fired oven, which is a total game-changer 💡 The “Provola e Pepe”, named Pizza of the Year 2024, is similar to a Margherita but upgraded with subtly smoky Provolone cheese. Just one bite, and you’ll notice the deep smokiness and the deceptively simple yet complex flavor. The dough is thin, chewy, and delicious even to the crust.
