The tofu is steamed in a cauldron, making it even softer and richer in flavor ⭐️. In the Gangwon-do dialect, sundubu (soft tofu) is called chodubu! Start by tasting the plain chodubu — no soy sauce needed, because it's already seasoned with natural brine. It’s so rich and silky that it practically melts in your mouth… 🥹. Their Sundubu Hot Pot features a special clam called jjaebok (wild marsh clams), giving the broth deep umami and a refreshing clean flavor at the same time. Though it looks light, don’t be fooled — it’s surprisingly spicy and bold! Since this is a pure tofu hot pot with no artificial seasoning, you’ll truly get to enjoy the natural taste of the tofu itself.
