This bossam spot in Janghan-dong, Dongdaemun, is known for doing kimchi right!Their kimchi is so popular that they even sell it separately—and if you check the reviews, they’re basically all praise for the kimchi.
The bossam pork is incredibly tender, and when wrapped together with their kimchi, you get a taste that’s comfortingly rustic in the best way.
As for the seafood pajeon—maybe not the best in the entire country, but honestly, it’s so good you won’t feel the need to look for anything better.
