Located near Busan Jungang Station, this is a legendary gomtang (beef bone soup) house with deep history. Because it’s right by Busan Station, it’s perfect for grabbing a hearty meal when you first arrive in the city or before heading back up to Seoul 😉. Affordable prices and excellent flavors have already made it a favorite among locals, so don’t be surprised if there’s a wait!

“Subaek” is short for suyuk (boiled beef) plus baekban (set meal). The “Yangsubaek” goes one step further, with beef tripe, stomach, and extra meat on top. The suyuk is so tender that even kids can finish a plate on their own. Three kinds of kimchi are served as side dishes, and all of them are delicious 👍🏻 (and you know the rule—if the kimchi is good, the restaurant is good 😏).

The broth here is already perfectly seasoned, so just a touch of pepper is all you need to enjoy it fully. It’s rich, hearty, and endlessly sip-worthy—and yes, refills are available ❤️. Sung Si Kyung even called it “the BTS of Seolleongtang” ✨. It’s the kind of taste that makes you think of friends back in Seoul while eating in Busan… This is a must-visit spot!!!!
