Jun Chamchi (Jun Tuna)

Reservations are a must! ⭐️Reservations must be made by text message, and they only accept reservations on Mondays of the week you want to visit.Also, be aware that there's a corkage fee charged per person — ₩5,000 per person.

For dinner, they offer a single set menu served as a course meal.The meal begins with braised tuna radish and grilled ginkgo nuts,followed by an amazing lineup:Bluefin tuna belly button, collar (kama), back meat, grilled tuna neck, swordfish belly, albacore, bluefin tuna throat meat, palate, akami (lean tuna),plus ramen and futomaki (thick sushi roll).

Each cut of tuna can be enjoyed with wasabi soy sauce or a sprinkle of salt, depending on your preference!
