This is Fujiki Ningyocho, a tonkatsu specialty spot in Tokyo!

There are so many tonkatsu restaurants in Japan, right? The overall quality is already high across the board—but even among them, this place truly stands out as exceptionally delicious. The video featured two menu items below. If you prefer a clean, nutty, and light flavor, go with the hire katsu (tenderloin). If you want something richer and more addictive with plenty of juiciness, choose the loin hehe.

Ordering can feel a bit complicated because you also have to choose the type of pork. But the top recommendation is Hayashi SPF! Hayashi SPF pork is raised on a natural farm with quality feed, kept healthy and low-stress—so the flavor is said to be even better.

On the table you’ll find yuzu kosho (yuzu pepper paste), salt, tonkatsu sauce, and cabbage dressing—feel free to mix and match while you enjoy your tonkatsu! 👍
