There’s often a long wait, so it’s highly recommended to book in advance 🙏🏻 It also ranked first on another popular YouTube channel! It’s so good, I booked a flight to Osaka right after watching the video ✈️

Start light with a teppan-grilled dish featuring your favorite ingredients, then go for the main—Okonomiyaki! To be honest, Okonomiyaki (without the sauce) is mostly cabbage and konjac... it’s basically a diet dish 😆 The prices are reasonable, and it stays hot on the griddle, which is a big plus 👍🏻

You can fully customize your Okonomiyaki or choose a pre-selected combo if you're indecisive. The “Founder's Special” includes French fries, adding an extra nutty and mild flavor—this one is the founder’s recommendation, so don’t miss it 👍🏻

They're also famous for Yakisoba. Interestingly, it’s served Tsukemen-style—you dip it in beaten raw egg. Just seeing the visuals makes you want to hop on a plane right away! For a spicier kick, sprinkle on some chili powder 🔥

There’s also the “Udon Roll,” which swaps the soba for udon noodles—absolutely delicious 😵 The “Negiyaki” (a green onion pancake) is another must-try; even Sung Si-kyung picked it as his No. 1 dish!
