A hidden countryside gem that even Jeonju locals swear by. Their Cheonggukjang (fermented soybean stew) is made with aged Jeonju kimchi, giving it a refreshingly tangy flavor rather than the usual pungency. As expected from a Jeonju spot, the side dishes are great, too. The stir-fried pork and acorn jelly salad are also highly recommended as sides. The barley bibimbap is served in a hot stone bowl — perfect to mix with a spoonful of Cheonggukjang!
